Chef Bing

Our Chef or “Itamae-san” has over five years of experience in Sushi creations. Aside from preparing traditional sushi and sashimi, his true gifts lie in creating innovative and unique rolls. He boasts that he can create a new roll everyday without repeating them, a claim he has proved over the years. His virtuosity in creating unique and delectable rolls is almost an art form. Dining on his creations will be an experience you will not soon forget.  

Sous Chef Kevin
Our Sous Chef Kevin has been training under Chef Bing for a year, steadily progressing in preparation and creation of Sushi and Rolls. He assists Chef Bing in preparing ingredients for complex rolls as well as preparing and presenting Sushi and Rolls on his own.
