Our Sous Chef Kevin has been training under Chef Bing for a year, steadily progressing in preparation and creation of Sushi and Rolls. He assists Chef Bing in preparing ingredients for complex rolls as well as preparing and presenting Sushi and Rolls on his own. | |||
