Sushi Loco was founded in 2004 with the ideals of combining fine Japanese cuisine with a touch of  Southwest traditions. We specialize in the art of sushi in all creative varieties, including rolls and sashimi. Innovative hand-rolled Sushi is our specialty, combining different varieties of fish, flavors and textures. Founded in Texas, blend of Southwestern flavors compliment the tastes we put into our rolls and other dishes at Sushi Loco.

“Loco” infers not only the Southwestern traditions found in our sushi and rolls, but also the innovations of variety and textures of our specialty rolls. Loco also means fun and crazy, an atmosphere we hope that you will find in our restaurant.

We are about fine Japanese cuisine, touched with southwestern flavors, in a pleasant and convivial atmosphere. Aside from Sushi, Sashimi, and Rolls, there is a full Japanese menu to satisfy broader appetites. Additionally, we added a small Chinese menu for those of you who are not yet initiated in the Art of Sushi.
